Common questions
How do I know your recommendations are any good?
Judge the audit. Before you pay anything you get a written review of your analytics, search visibility and ad accounts, with a prioritised list of what we would change and why. If it is vague or generic, do not hire us. That is a far better test of an agency than a page of logos, and it costs you nothing to run it.
How soon will I see results?
Paid channels can produce enquiries within two to three weeks once tracking and landing pages are in place. SEO and content work usually take three to six months to show meaningful movement, depending on your category and the state of your site. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either buying links or guessing.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and we would rather give you an honest range on a call than publish a number that fits nobody. What we will commit to: a fixed monthly fee rather than a percentage of your ad spend, agreed in writing before we start, with no minimum term.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Month to month with 30 days' notice on either side. If we are not earning our fee you should be able to leave without a legal conversation.
Who owns the accounts and the work?
You do, always. Ad accounts, analytics properties, tag containers, domains and content are set up under your ownership with us added as a user. If we part ways you keep everything, including the documentation of what we built.
