Blimp Digital is a digital marketing agency based in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and message you provide, together with the service and budget range you select.
We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and how you move through the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies described in our cookie policy.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about; to send you material you have specifically requested; to understand how the site is used so we can improve it; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
Where we process your information to respond to an enquiry, we do so to perform or prepare a contract with you. Where we process it for analytics or marketing, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We use third-party service providers to run this business: website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management and analytics. Each has access only to what it needs and is bound by contract to protect it.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for as long as required by contract and applicable tax law.

Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is restricted to staff who need it, and our systems are backed up regularly. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
